01 — Nourish

Focusing on you nourishes not only your body, but, the mind and soul. Sounds cliché right? Well, nourishing your body and learning the foods you are feeding it are really important for your body, gut health is extremely important. Being able to undertstand that your body simply does not do well with certain foods is important. Like the time I learned corn was a no-no for me. Or that coconut caused me to bloat. Learning what things can be detrimental to your health and fitness journey.

02 — Personal Development

Not only has this simple task helped me be a more positive person, it has also helped me grow. It has allowed me to view that I am capable of anything and everything. Personal development is all about self improvement, it feeds your mind, and allows you to dream bigger, and make those dreams become a reality. But it is all about putting that vision into practice. It makes one feel confident, and it allows you to be honest with yourself. Once you start practicing personal development you know what it takes to get from point A to point B.

03 — Move your body

You keep hearing this over and over! But why? Moving your body is one of the most important time you can dedicate to yourself. It will enhance your mood, help you be more energized, strengthen your bones and muscles, reduce diseases, and helps with weigh loss.

04 — Water

I may be the most annoying person about this one! BUT, drinking water is super important for our overall health. I mean, there’s a reason why our bodies are… what? 60% water?!? I mean… Im not a doctor or anything, but…. yeah… if you’re having cravings, feeling tired, or maybe have a headache you may possibly be dehydrated. So my biggest advice to you is to DRINK WATER BEFORE EVERY MEAL. Actually if it were up to me I’d have you drink half your body weight every single day, but, maybe you’re not ready? So, let’s do this. Begin by drinking 8 oz of water before every meal.
